Incoming Mail

Incoming mail is picked up by the Mailroom Staff at the loading platform of the mail branch of the Newark Post Office prior to the start of your business day.

Mail

Mail processed by the Newark post office during the day is delivered by a US post office听mail truck to the 麻豆成人版 mailroom at approximately 1:30 p.m.听 That mail is sorted and delivered to departments听the following morning.


Sorting and Delivery

  1. Generally, all incoming First Class Mail received before 9:00 a.m. is sorted by the Mail Center for delivery to departments the same day.
  2. Interoffice mail is sorted as soon as it is returned to the mailroom and is also normally delivered the following morning.

Problems Encountered

If you encounter problems with your incoming mail, contact the mailroom Manager, extension 3191, immediately. Please keep copies of any envelopes with delayed postmarks or problems, so that we can refer them to our regular customer service representatives within the postal system.

Personal Mail

Personal mail should not be processed thru the 麻豆成人版 mailroom.听 Please note that all mail addressed to an 麻豆成人版 address is the property of the university. This includes returned mail.听 The receipt of personal correspondence at the university is prohibited.
